For recurring work, the programme can be reviewed as the property's requirements change.
Recurring & project work
Agree what is included before work begins.
For recurring services, we agree the specification and schedule before mobilisation. For clearance or property turnaround, we agree the job scope, exclusions and intended handover before commencement.
Requirements for insurance, site documents, waste paperwork, chemical controls or specialist trades depend on the service. We confirm what applies to the proposed work rather than presenting unverified credentials or generic assurances.
