1. Who we are
BedClear UK is a trading name of Sellapy Global Technology Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 14576413. Our registered office is Handsworth, Birmingham, England, B21 8BT.
2. Booking and confirmation
A submitted request or provisional estimate is not a confirmed collection. A booking is confirmed only when BedClear confirms fulfilment and any required payment has been captured. Dates and time windows remain subject to safe access, accurate item information and operational availability.
3. Estimates and price changes
Prices shown before confirmation are estimates based on the information supplied. We may revise the price before collection if the items, quantity, condition, access, parking, dismantling needs or other material details differ. We will explain the change and seek agreement before carrying out additional chargeable work.
4. Customer responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate item, access and safety information.
- Ensure lawful access, suitable parking information and an authorised adult contact.
- Make items reasonably accessible unless dismantling or room removal was booked.
- Tell us about infestation, contamination, hazardous material or unusual handling risks.
5. Items we may refuse
BedClear or its collection partner may refuse items that are unsafe, unlawfully presented, materially different from the booking, contaminated, infested, hazardous, or beyond the crew or vehicle capacity. Any fee or refund will be assessed under the cancellation policy and your statutory rights.
6. Payment
Secure bookings may place a temporary card authorisation. It is captured only when fulfilment is confirmed. Availability-first requests do not reserve a slot. Payment processing is provided by Stripe and is subject to its secure payment processes.
7. Cancellations and changes
Our Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
8. Service standard and liability
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in the part of the UK where they live.
