PROPAPY commercial enquiries
When you request a site assessment, we collect the organisation and contact name, work email, telephone, property type, number and location of sites where supplied, services requested, preferred start date and your description of the work. These details are stored as a commercial enquiry in our lead pipeline with a submission time and stage. Administrators can add follow-up notes, an owner, proposed value, next action and outcome. The assessment form does not currently accept photographs or documents.
We use the enquiry to respond, clarify the requirement, arrange an assessment where appropriate, prepare a proposal and manage the resulting commercial relationship. Submission does not sign you up for an unrelated marketing mailing list.
BedClear bookings and partners
BedClear collection journeys separately collect customer and booking details, collection address and access information, item descriptions, photographs where uploaded, payment status and transaction references, service updates, completion evidence and reviews where submitted. Partner applications collect business, contact and compliance evidence. These records support booking, fulfilment, payment, customer support and partner administration.
Site measurement and campaign information
If you allow analytics, the site records page views and certain actions such as starting a booking or clicking a contact link. The record can include the page path, time and campaign parameters in the visit URL. For PROPAPY, source, campaign and segment parameters can be held in this browser session and added to a commercial enquiry when you submit it. If you decline analytics, the assessment form still works without campaign attribution. We do not use these parameters to create a separate advertising profile in this application.
Security rate limiting uses a hashed client identifier and request window to protect public forms and APIs. The site stores your analytics choice in your browser. See the cookie and storage notice for the controls.
Who may process information
The site uses hosting, database and file storage services to operate the application. BedClear payment processing uses Stripe; booking and operational email may use Resend where configured. Assigned collection partners receive information needed to fulfil their work. Authorised administrators access commercial leads and operational records. We may disclose information to advisers or authorities where required. Payment card details are entered through the payment provider rather than the commercial assessment form.
Retention and rights
Records are kept for the period needed to handle the enquiry or service, follow-up, accounting, dispute handling, security and legal obligations. Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where applicable. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
